1.小白菜洗净控水切段,不用太小

2.干辣椒葱姜蒜适量

3.香菇洗净掰小块控水,块也不用太小

4.起锅热油,放入葱姜蒜辣椒爆香,小火,多放点油,香菇吸油

5.爆香加入香菇翻炒,不用加水,香菇自带水份,香菇炒软变蔫的时候少点水炒熟

6.香菇炒软炒熟加入小白菜翻炒
